RSS feeds will automatically appear in your email browser (Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express or mail or whatever Bill Gates calls it now!) if you don't have one of these why not download "Thunderbird" coz it's free and pretty good (just Google "thunderbird mail" and you'll find a link to download it.
